Yay! What do you guys think? I'm really super excited about it. You can see the starting of some color up at the top--I'm still not too good at satin stitch, but I think I'll get better the more I work on it. Now I just have to work out the long and short stitch to fill in the big areas (like Amaterasu) and I'll be set! This thing is going to be one brightly colored crazy pieces when it's done. I know it's a little fuzzy (open it in a separate window to see it clearly), but isn't it awesome? It has almost every character from Okami. Oh, and see the tiny little circle with Amaterasu in it in the middle? Yeah, that's what took me, like, a month to do. Well, it took me that long to do the outline, it will probably take me four times that long to fill in the color. But can you imagine how amazing it's going to look when it's done? Anyway, I'm radiating out from the middle, so there are a couple of other figures drawn (by my boyfriend, of course, since I can't draw at all, or apparently even trace) in pencil around the outside, and I can't wait to start on them!I really want to know what you guys think about this.
